By placing an order with Quiet Gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

Products

Quiet Gallery offers curated artworks printed on dibond.
Some artworks are offered framed, others unframed. This is clearly stated on each product page.

Product images are illustrative or created by graphic design / AI. 

Sold-out artworks are not getting restocked.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs and payment fees are clearly displayed before checkout.

Quiet Gallery reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders in case of incorrect information.

Shipping

We currently ship within:

  • The Netherlands

  • Germany

  • Belgium

Delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned artworks must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom or made-to-order artworks are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.

If an order is refused or not collected and returned to us, a handling fee of €30,- may be deducted to cover shipping and processing costs.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at

Damaged items will be replaced where applicable.

Design changes are not eligible for replacement.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and website content are the property of Quiet Gallery or its licensors.

Reproduction or use without prior written permission is not allowed.

Liability

Quiet Gallery is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control (force majeure).

Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

Changes to Terms

Quiet Gallery reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version applicable at the time of purchase will always apply.
