Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days.
The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your order.
How to return your order
To initiate a return, please contact help.qgallery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
The artwork must be returned to us within 14 days after your return request.
Return conditions

The artwork must be returned in the same condition as received

Items must be unused and undamaged

Original packaging is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
