What materials are used?
All artworks are printed on high-quality dibond. Frames are made of wood.
Do you provide hanging hardware?
Yes. Hanging hardware is included with each artwork.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and delivered within 2–5 business days.
Are the artworks always framed?
No. Not all artworks are framed by default. Framing options, if available, are shown per product.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within The Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. Free shipping on all orders. If you’d like your order shipped outside these countries, please contact support@quietgallery.com first.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

What is your return policy?
RETURN POLICY
Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days.
The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your order.
How to return your order:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@quietgallery.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
The returned artwork must be shipped back to us within 14 days after your cancellation request.
Conditions for returns:
- The artwork must be returned in the same condition as received
- Items must be unused and undamaged
- Original packaging is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first.

Can I order custom art?
At this time, we do not offer custom artworks. All available works are shown in the collection.
